COURT HIRE RULES AND REGULATIONS
Code of Conduct
Perthville Neighbourhood Group (PDGI) aims to provide a positive sporting environment for the benefit of all the community.
All persons utilising the Courts have a responsibility at all times to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner, consistent with the rules and regulations listed below.
We ask users to be considerate of the those living in the vicinity of the Courts and keep any noise to a respectable level.
Abusive language or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Court Hire Rules and Regulations:
Courts are only to be used for their intended use – Tennis, Netball, Basketball or Handball. Under no circumstances are other ball sports (including Hockey) to be played, or are bicycles or skateboards to enter the Courts.
No smoking, eating or drinking (other than water) on the courts. This includes BBQs.
No alcohol is to be consumed on court or during a court hire.
No animals are to enter the court precinct.
Players are not required or expected to sweep courts after use. If you would like to play on a freshly swept court, please sweep your court at the start of your court time. A broom will be located on site.
Hirers are asked to behave in a respectful manner at all times
Hirers are asked to limit noise before 9am each morning
be respectful of our operating hours and ensure you have enough time to leave the courts and return the hire key at closing time
vacate your court promptly when your time is up and return the key promptly to Metro Perthville.
please leave the court tidy, ensuring all garbage is properly disposed of in the bin provided. Should the bin be full, we ask you to please take any rubbish home with you.
The bin is to remain inside the court precinct at all times unless it has been put out for garbage collection.

Booking payment and key collection.
Once your booking is made, call into Metro Perthville on the day of your hire, make your payment (Cash only accepted) and collect the key.
We ask that you return the key as soon as possible after your hire. A non-return fee of $50 will be charged for lost keys.

Perthville Neighbourhood Group (PDGI) reserves the right, with or without notice, to add, delete, change or modify its operating policies and procedures at any time, always in the best interests of the Perthville Community, Perthville Neighbourhood Group (PDGI) and its members.
